18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Notice

In compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and associated regulations (28 C.F.R. Part 75), as amended, PremiumXXXSite provides the following notice regarding records related to visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct (as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256) appearing or otherwise contained on PremiumXXXSite were at least 18 years of age at the time of the creation of such depictions.

PremiumXXXSite is not the primary producer (as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1) of any of the visual content on the Site. The Site operates as an intermediary platform that hosts, transmits, stores, retrieves, or formats user-uploaded and third-party content. We do not hire, contract for, manage, arrange for the participation of, or otherwise produce the performers depicted in such content.

Custodian of Records (if applicable): For any content where PremiumXXXSite may be considered a secondary producer (limited to activities such as reproduction or reissuance), records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained by the appropriate Custodian of Records designated by the primary producer(s) or uploader(s).

Many visual depictions on PremiumXXXSite are exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because:

1. They do not depict conduct specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A) (i)–(iv) or § 2257A;
2. They consist of non-sexually explicit nudity, simulated sexual conduct, or other material not covered;
3. They were created prior to July 3, 1995;
4. They were produced after July 27, 2006, but do not involve lascivious exhibition or simulated conduct triggering requirements; or
5. The Site's role is limited to hosting user-generated/third-party content without primary or secondary production involvement triggering full record-keeping.

With respect to all visual depictions displayed on PremiumXXXSite (whether of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated, or otherwise), all persons appearing were at least 18 years of age when the depictions were created.

Reporting & Takedown Requests: If you believe any video or content on PremiumXXXSite depicts a person under 18 years of age, non-consensual acts, or otherwise violates 18 U.S.C. § 2257, child exploitation laws, or our policies:

1. Do not download, share, or distribute the content.
2. Report it immediately to our designated contact for prompt review and removal (if warranted). We take such reports seriously and will act expeditiously, including cooperating with law enforcement.
